Shipping is done from the factory in North Carolina.
Pillows, toppers and sleep enhancement items ship within the week by FedEx
King and Cal King memory pedic mattresses will ship out via LTL.
History has shown that the compressed mattresses in these sizes do not unfold to a tailored
fashion while in the consumers home after delivery.
Custom orders and mattresses larger then queen size can possibly take 3-4 weeks.

All Deliveries default to the "inside
closest door" unless specific instructions accompany your order.



All Deliveries are made with one
driver. The consumer must provide someone to be able to assist in removing the
mattress from the truck and also assist with moving the mattress to the
nearest dry door.



Deliveries will take the product
will be delivered inside the "closest dry door".

Remember the outside of the box may be dirty. The consumer must provide
an area that is clear for placing the boxes. The carrier will not be liable
for any damages caused to the consumer`s home

for a 48 foot truck

 White Glove Delivery and Setup
White Glove Service is made with two men. This includes taking the sleep product into the consumer`s home into a ground floor room, assembling ( if necessary) a new frame or adjustable unit (s), and placement of the mattress and foundation on the existing bed frame.
Packing materials will be removed.
Old mattress products must be removed from the room before delivery.
Any delay beyond one hour will be billed at $64.00 per man, per hour.
Delivery to another floor carries charges up to $50.00 per floor, per piece.

Optional Freight Elevator Delivery is available for a minimum of $82.00.

Extra fees are charged for White Glove Service.
This service is usually only necessary for adjustable units
