There is no fee for all toppers and/or pillows that are cancelled before they ship. After the toppers and/or pillows have shipped and have not been delivered, there are no cancellation fees, there is a charge for the return shipping costs. We will not accept a cancellation of toppers and/or pillows after they have been delivered to the customer. For regular mattress sets, we charge a $25.00 cancellation fee if the order is cancelled before it ships. If the order is cancelled after it ships and it has not been delivered, we charge a $50.00 cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. Please note-this cancellation fee also includes cancellation due to freight damage. Our freight damage policy is to replace the damaged piece at no extra charge to the dealer. We will not accept a cancellation of mattress orders after they have been delivered to the customer. For adjustable mattress sets, we charge a $50.00 cancellation fee if the order is cancelled before it ships. If the order is cancelled after it ships and it has not been delivered, we charge a $100.00 cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. We will not accept a cancellation of adjustable mattress orders after they have been delivered to the customer. We will not accept cancellations of any special sized or special ordered products.
